Written Word–Picture Matching
Participant reads a written word (or short sentence) and selects the matching picture from a small set of alternatives. A reading-modality variant of the Picture Vocabulary Test (PPVT): probes receptive vocabulary and reading comprehension at the word level. Used in early-reading assessment for school-age children.
